[International Rankings] THE Impact Rankings 2020

 

The Times Higher Education Impact Rankings are the only global performance tables that assess universities against the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). We use carefully calibrated indicators to provide comprehensive and balanced comparisons across three broad areas: research, outreach, and stewardship. This second edition includes 766 universities from 85 countries.

24 universities from Taiwan are listed. Fu Jen Catholic University is ranked 5th among them. In 4 of the 17 UN SDGs goals, Fu Jen Catholic University is ranked 101-200 globally in 4 SDGs goals: Ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all at all ages; Promote inclusive and sustainable economic growth, employment and decent work for all; Reduce inequality within and among countries; Ensure sustainable consumption and production patterns. The Rankings stress great importance on each university's impact on how to utilize knowledge to realize social responsibility and form international influence.
