Professor Mei-Chu Huang, PhD., the former Chair of the Department of Accounting and Vice-Provost of Academic Affairs at the Fu Jen Catholic University, has been appointed as the Dean of the College of Management since the 2024 academic year.
Dr. Huang is a senior full-time professor from the Department of Accounting and previouly served as the Vice-Provost for Academic Affairs at Fu Jen. As the Vice-Provost, she was responsible for supporting the university's academic policy, including academic programming and change, and is in charge of producing the undergraduate and graduate course calendars. Furthermore, she supports the Provost and Deans in academic appointments concerning positions, searches, and recommendations. With her extensive administrative experience and deep understanding of admissions, she is expected to lead the college to new heights.
The new team includes three Associate Deans including, Professors Hong-Shu Fan, PhD,, Professor Hsiao-Yun Huang, PhD., and Professor Kai-Ping Huang, PhD, who will assist in AACSB accreditation, finance, and admissions. Under Dean Huang’s leadership, the College is confident to look forward to significant developement and growth.
