At Fu Jen, this is the idea behind the University's 16+2 Flexible Self-Directed Learning Weeks.

With 16 weeks of classroom learning and 2 weeks set aside for self-directed learning, students are encouraged to step beyond the classroom and explore new possibilities—whether through industry visits, professional development, personal projects, or reflecting on future goals.

No one will always plan your next step for you. Learning how to explore and grow independently is an important part of university life.

As this year's Self-Directed Learning Weeks coincide with the Dragon Boat Festival, we wish everyone a joyful holiday and meaningful time with family and friends.
