Day 2 - Hualien & Taitung
Fenglin Tobacco Building is one of the few well-preserved tobacco buildings at present. We were fortunate to visit and learn about the background and knowledge of growing tobacco.
In addition, students also experienced the activity of hand-made red turtle-shaped rice cakes. Cohort 14 thought it was fascinating and fun.
We also visited the library on the campus of National Taitung University, which is famous for its pyramid-shaped green building and is listed as 8 Unique National Libraries Across the World.
What a rewarding day.
