[International Engagement at the College of Management]
Visit from the Office of International Affairs, Woosong University, Korea
To further strengthen international academic collaboration, the College welcomed a delegation from the Office of International Affairs of Woosong University on Wednesday, January 7th.
The delegation, led by Senior Dean Dr. Yoo-Taek Lee and Brand Marketing General Manager Yu Jin Nam, was received by Dean Mei-Chu Huang, Vice Dean Li-Meng Lee, and Director Yi-Ning Tu of International Business and Management. Both sides engaged in in-depth discussions on a wide range of potential future collaborations.
Woosong University, located in Daejeon Metropolitan City, often referred to as “Korea’s Silicon Valley,” operates three fully English-taught international colleges offering programs at both the undergraduate and master’s levels. The University integrates on-campus and online learning models and maintains partnerships with numerous internationally renowned institutions. It offers flexible course enrollment options and generous scholarship opportunities. Students may work part-time off campus during their studies, and after graduation, they may apply to remain in Korea for internships or further academic pursuits.
This exchange laid a solid foundation for expanding the College’s global partnership network, while opening up more diverse international learning and development opportunities for faculty and students.
