[Program Directors' Meeting] College of Management Program Directors' Meeting Focuses on Continuous Improvement for Accreditation and Teaching

Each year, the College of Management at Fu Jen Catholic University engages in AACSB’s continuous improvement cycle. In addition to the end-of-semester faculty discussions, a "Program Directors' Meeting" was held in Yilan city on June 26.

During this meeting, each program director reported on the 2022-2023 Assurance of Learning (AoL) outcomes, followed by discussions on best practices that have had a social impact from the 2019-2023 academic years. The college and departments collaborated to explore ways to deepen and assess future impact.

Since receiving AACSB accreditation in 2005, the College of Management has held annual events such as faculty discussions and leadership consensus-building retreats. These activities help faculty and staff thoroughly understand and internalize AACSB principles while focusing on key accreditation areas.

With the upcoming fifth maintenance of accreditation in 2025, the college is gearing up for various tasks and looks forward to working collectively towards achieving these goals.
